Consists of four volumes of the Walnut Fork Primitive Baptist Church records. Included in these records are minutes, abstract of principles, rules of decorum, church members, black members, and deaths. The additional two volumes are the minutes of the Original Obion Association whose members included Beaver Dam Church, Walnut Fork Church, and Hephzibah Church.
